As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a vital role in providing logistics services expertise to the Australian Defence Force (ADF).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a work team in the coordination of explosive ordnance storage in multiple buildings
  • Providing guidance and assistance in staff development
  • Managing inventory systems to ensure accuracy
  • Monitoring shelf life and assisting with audits and inspections
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients
  • Demonstrating a commitment to health and safety

Requirements:

Previous experience operating a database program, high interpersonal and organisational skills, good attention to detail, and a strong commitment to health and safety are essential for this role.
