As a key member of our sourcing team, you will play a vital role in driving cost efficiency, quality, and service excellence. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sourcing strategies, conducting financial analyses and cost modeling, identifying and evaluating new sourcing opportunities, and managing vendor relationships and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to drive cost efficiency, quality, and service excellence
  • Conduct financial analyses and cost modeling to inform sourcing decisions
  • Identify and evaluate new sourcing opportunities to optimize supply chain performance
  • Manage vendor relationships and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

In this role, you will be responsible for researching and analyzing vendor capabilities, supply market dynamics, and industry trends to inform sourcing decisions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that align with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or a related function
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of vendor management and supply chain best practices
