We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team as a key member of our supply chain management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing stock from suppliers, managing stock demands, and addressing supply chain issues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare purchase requisitions, approve and issue purchase orders in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure the seamless delivery of purchased goods.
  • Provide expert spare parts assistance to customers, including answering enquiries, raising quotes, sales orders, and invoices.
  • Sourcing stock from suppliers and resolving any supply chain disputes.
  • Manage, allocate, and forecast stock demands to meet customer requirements.
  • Review credit invoice discrepancies and analyze monthly cost comparisons with suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to demonstrate strong time management skills and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using technology and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Prior experience in power generation or electrical procurement is highly desirable but not essential.

This is a full-time, permanent position working regular business hours. We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with a passion for procurement and supply chain management.
