Role Summary:

As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be instrumental in driving visibility and sales velocity for our key growth brands.

The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills to build effective partnerships with our on-premise partners.

You will lead the development and execution of trade marketing plans aligned with brand and sales objectives, and drive the integration of digital solutions and data-driven insights into our trade marketing activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a rolling 18-month trade marketing plan that drives sales velocity and optimizes brand presence.
  • Design and deliver trade marketing programs to boost visibility, distribution, and execution in-venue.
  • Build and manage trade assets, including bar hardware, POS, staff training tools, recipes, and promotional kits.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support new product launches, campaigns, and activations.
  • Lead the integration of digital solutions and data-driven insights into our trade marketing activity.
  • Report on trade activation performance and provide actionable insights to optimize growth.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in trade, digital, or brand marketing, preferably with an FMCG or on-premise background.
  • Strong understanding of the on-premise landscape, consumer behavior, and customer engagement.
  • Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
  • Hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to build structure, resources, and processes in an evolving environment.
  • Strong project leadership skills with the confidence to work cross-functionally.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field.
