Design an Innovative Hospitality Space

We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to join our national design team. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the look, feel, and functionality of some of Australia’s most exciting hospitality spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed design briefs and look-and-feel documentation for new and existing venues
  • Collaborate with external partners (architects, builders, suppliers) to ensure brand alignment and execution
  • Select and procure furniture, fixtures, and equipment in line with requirements
  • Develop and review floor plans, FF&E schedules, and styling details
  • Evaluate designs against council and WHS requirements
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables

Requirements:

  • Strong design acumen and ability to translate brand vision into layered, styled interiors
  • Experience in venue, hospitality, or commercial interior design
  • Confident managing multiple stakeholders and contractors
  • High attention to detail and strong project coordination skills
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual
  • Proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft Suite; understanding of construction a plus
