We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse to join our team at Calvary Central Districts Hospital. As a Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting the Clinical Manager in the everyday running of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support to Registered, Enrolled, Graduate, Novice, and Student Nurses
  • Support Clinical Manager in stock management, education, HR matters, and liaison with Allied Health and Medical Officers
  • Lead by example and demonstrate leadership qualities, clinical expertise, and a commitment to safe and high-quality patient care
  • Ensure a culture of clinical excellence, contemporary practice, and professional development within the clinical specialty
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years acute nursing experience
  • AHPRA Registration
  • Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently, and in an organized manner during periods of high demand and activity
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
  • Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills
