Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and support to Registered, Enrolled, Graduate, Novice, and Student Nurses
- Support Clinical Manager in stock management, education, HR matters, and liaison with Allied Health and Medical Officers
- Lead by example and demonstrate leadership qualities, clinical expertise, and a commitment to safe and high-quality patient care
- Ensure a culture of clinical excellence, contemporary practice, and professional development within the clinical specialty
- Minimum 3 years acute nursing experience
- AHPRA Registration
- Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently, and in an organized manner during periods of high demand and activity
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills
