Courier Delivery Expert

We are seeking a reliable and skilled courier to join our team. As a key member of our delivery network, you will be responsible for transporting packages and parcels to customers throughout the local area.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safe Transportation: Safely operate a delivery van to transport and deliver parcels and packages to customers.
  • Timely Delivery: Ensure all deliveries are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Excellent Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with customers as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all road rules and safety regulations.
  • Loading and Unloading: Assist with loading and unloading the delivery van as required.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current unrestricted driver's licence and mid to large van.
  • Personal ACN and insurances.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • A current Police check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Availability to work 5 days a week (Monday-Friday).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
  • Knowledge of the local area.
  • Previous experience as a courier or in a similar delivery role.
