Our company is an independent, community-based, not-for-profit organisation that has been servicing the employment and training needs of apprentices and trainees in South Australia for over 30 years.

We are seeking a skilled individual to undertake a Certificate III in Concreting

The successful candidate will work in the Adelaide Metro and surrounding areas. The position is a 2-year full-time opportunity, working a minimum of 38 hours per week. You will be paid as per the relevant award unless otherwise advised.

Key responsibilities may include:

- Mixing and pouring concrete.
- Understanding the composition of concrete is essential for this role.
- Spreading concrete accurately is crucial.
- Ensuring attention to detail is vital when shaping concrete with wood or plastic forms
- Monitoring the drying process is also important.

You will need to possess:

- A genuine passion for concreting.
- Commitment to undertaking a 24-month training program.
- A valid driver's licence.
- Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol testing.
- Ability to work reasonable overtime hours.
- Physical fitness is necessary for this role.
- Willingness to obtain a white card before or during your employment if required.
