Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled receptionist to manage the first point of contact for patients, provide exceptional customer service, administer data entry and review, work closely with medical teams, and ensure smooth patient transitions.

About the Role

  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, greeting patients, and handling correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to medical teams, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and insurance claims processing.
  • Liaise with referring doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare providers to facilitate communication and coordination.

About You

  • You will possess a background in customer service with excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of MS Office, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • You should be able to prioritize workload, multitask, and work autonomously as part of a cohesive team.
