Opportunities exist for an Instructional Designer to contribute towards the development of digital solutions, enhancing patient-centred care in NSW.
We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in designing and delivering end-user training and educational activities. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and program teams to create innovative eLearning solutions tailored to specific needs.
Main responsibilities include:
- Developing high-quality training materials and programs
- Delivering engaging training sessions to diverse audiences
- Maintaining effective relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders
- Identifying and addressing training gaps and needs
- Collaborating with program teams to ensure seamless implementation
The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) and/or substantial experience in providing training and support leveraging adult learning methodologies.
A successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines effectively within a project environment. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to collaborate and influence stakeholders.
