About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle Inspector to join our team at RBI. As a Vehicle Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of vehicles to ensure their safety and roadworthiness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Vehicle Inspections: Visually diagnose vehicles for mobile and/or fixed site inspections to deliver pre-purchase inspections, finance inspections, dealer inspections, and pink slip inspections.
  • Document Inspection Results: Document the outcomes of your inspections for our customers via our digital app.
  • Customer Communication: Contact customers to book in their appointments and liaise with owners, sellers, and buyers about their inspections.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Previous experience as a qualified mechanic with post-apprenticeship accreditation. Ideally, you will have worked with a large range of motor vehicles.
  • Customer Focus: We are a customer-centric business, and we want you to share this passion too, so that we can provide an exceptional level of service for our customers. With your can-do, proactive work ethic and a result-driven mindset, you're happy to get involved with any task required to get the job done.
  • Accreditation and Licensing: You must hold a current, unrestricted NSW driver's license and have a willingness to undertake an Accredited Vehicle Examiners course if you don't already hold one (we're happy to cover the cost).
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work some Saturdays as required.
