Water Safety Manager Role:

Maintain a safe and enjoyable aquatic environment for customers through supervision and risk management.

  • Supervise daily pool operations, ensuring patron safety and minimizing risks.
  • Evaluate and implement strategies to prevent accidents and promote water safety.
  • Provide quality customer service by performing lifeguarding duties and directing patrons.

About You:

  • You hold a current Pool Lifeguard Certificate or Lifeguard Statement of Attainment.
  • You possess First Aid qualifications, including HLTAID011 and HLTAID009.
  • You have completed a Working with Children Check.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist with pool bookings, school carnivals, and internal programs.
  • Evaluate and minimize risks to ensure patron safety.
  • Provide exceptional customer service as a lifeguard.
