As a Guest Service Agent, your key responsibilities will include welcoming and checking in guests, communicating professionally, making bookings, and assisting guests during their stay.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong attention to detail.

Previous experience working in hospitality, customer service or a related field is highly advantageous.

We offer a comprehensive training program that will support you in obtaining a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Hospitality while you work with us.
