Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to take their career to the next level.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar hospitality management role, with strong planning and organisational skills. They will also possess current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.

About the Role

The Assistant Manager will support the Venue Manager in successfully operating the business, leading the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Key responsibilities include implementing venue operations on a daily basis, managing the bar, gaming and food areas effectively, and supporting the Venue Manager in growing the business through innovative initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Venue Manager: Collaborate with the Venue Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the business
  • Implement Venue Operations: Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and excellence
  • Lead the Team: Inspire and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, exceeding customer expectations
  • Manage Bar, Gaming and Food Areas: Ensure efficient and effective management of these key areas, driving revenue growth and profitability

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar hospitality management role
  • Qualifications: Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
  • Skills: Strong planning and organisational skills, excellent communication and leadership skills
