Transport Systems Leader

We are seeking a collaborative leader to join our national Solution Design team as a Transport Management System (TMS) Delivery Lead. This leadership role will oversee a team of TMS Analysts and lead the successful implementation and enhancement of transport management systems across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of TMS Analysts, supporting their development and project delivery.
  • Manage complex, multi-site TMS implementations end-to-end, from scoping to go-live.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to align system configurations with operational needs.
  • Recommend and validate transport system functionality as part of solution design.
  • Participate in client integration workshops, supporting message testing and issue resolution.
  • Identify and implement system improvements that drive operational efficiency.
  • Provide training and change support across operational teams and customer interfaces.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in a transport management system super-user or delivery role.
  • Proven success delivering system-based solutions within a logistics environment.
  • Experience with integration, mobility platforms and transport fundamentals.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
