We are seeking a part-time Support Services Assistant to attend to printing equipment and provide exceptional customer service to valued clients based on site in the Box Hill area.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of copy quality, equipment cleanliness, and consumables replacement, according to agreed service levels. This includes maintenance support and Helpdesk assistance, coordinating and performing basic fault preventative servicing related to printing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to print equipment to ensure high standards of copy quality, equipment cleanliness, and consumables replacement.
  • Maintenance support and Helpdesk assistance.
  • Coordinating and performing basic fault preventative servicing related to printing equipment.
  • Providing first-level response to equipment faults, adhering to our customer service values and escalating technical issues to the Helpdesk.
  • Ensuring paper stock management and filling paper trays.
  • Consumables management.
  • Customer User Training: providing scheduled or ad-hoc training to customers on printer operation.
Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license and car for use while driving between customer sites, with reimbursement using a cents-per-kilometre method.
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service, caring about customers, and relationships.
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children check.
  • Professionalism, proactivity, organisation, and pride in work.
  • Some technical experience preferred, but enjoyment of problem-solving and resolving issues with customers and machines is essential.
  • A desire to learn and initial and ongoing hands-on product training for career success.
