About the Position:

As a Construction Project Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project team across all aspects of the project lifecycle, from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, work closely with industry professionals, and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed weekly reports highlighting project progress and milestones
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including coordinating site access and scheduling tasks
  • Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and maintain a safe working environment
  • Liaise daily with contractors and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Manage general site administration, including organizing equipment and materials

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Construction Management Degree or equivalent
  • 2nd, 3rd, or 4th-year student or recent Graduate in Construction Management
  • Possess a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and excellent organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
