About the Opportunity

Uniting is seeking a skilled Administrative Support Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. This role has the potential to evolve into a relief position for other services in the area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including resident families.
  • Procure and manage supplies and consumables in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure the secure upload and filing of documents in the SharePoint system.
  • Process invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Build relationships with the community and promote the services of Uniting.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to relevant policies and legislation.
Requirements
  • Certificate 3 in Business Administration, Customer Service, or equivalent qualification/experience.
