Home Support Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Home Support Specialists to provide excellent care to our clients in the Sydney Region.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties.
- Offer support with daily errands, companionship, and holistic care.
- Prepare nutritious meals, assist with medication administration, and promote healthy habits.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in health or wellbeing.
Required Qualifications:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability) or equivalent qualification.
- Current National Police Check.
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience working with older adults and individuals with disabilities.
The ideal candidate will be empathetic, positive, proactive, honest, and dependable.
