Job Title

We are seeking a Senior Physiotherapist – Clinical Educator to deliver exceptional clinical education and physiotherapy services in an acute inpatient setting. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing patient care through leadership, education, and service improvement.

About the Role

  • Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy clinical services and education within a collaborative interprofessional team.
  • Lead service development, quality improvement, and clinical education initiatives to advance patient outcomes.
  • Supervise and mentor less experienced clinicians, students, and Allied Health Assistants.
  • Contribute to weekend, public holiday, and after-hours physiotherapy services.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive clinical expertise and a passion for education and leadership within acute physiotherapy services. You will demonstrate:

  • Strong clinical knowledge and experience delivering high-quality physiotherapy care in acute inpatient settings and clinical education for pre-entry students.
  • Proven capability to manage complex clinical caseloads, prioritize care, and contribute to discharge planning in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills to supervise, train, and support junior staff and students while driving service improvement initiatives.
