Lead Christian Development Educator

We are seeking a visionary educator to lead our Christian Development team and contribute to the growth of our students.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position commencing Term 4, 2025. As the Lead Christian Development Educator, you will be responsible for leading curriculum development and delivery for Christian Development across Years 7-12, and contributing to Stage 6 Studies of Religion.

You will work closely with the Christian Development/Chaplaincy team to support teaching and learning, and collaborate with staff to implement our school's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality curriculum for Christian Development, aligning with our school's mission and values.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Christian Development/Chaplaincy team, promoting a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new syllabuses, ensuring they meet the needs of our students.
  • Maintain excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with staff and students.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity, respect, and empathy among students and staff.
