About Us

We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to join our team as a Conference Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of conferences, meetings, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Elevate guest experiences by providing exceptional service and support throughout the event.
  2. Baileys cultivate lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive repeat business and referrals.
  3. Showcase event spaces and amenities to prospective clients.
  4. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to design and deliver customized event solutions.
  5. Facilitate seamless communication and coordination among internal teams.
  6. Analyze post-event feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of hospitality standards and best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, time management, and adaptability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using hospitality technology systems.
  • Valid full-time work authorization in Australia.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours when required.
