We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Client Support Coordinator to join our team. This fixed-term role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic environment and contribute to delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process client orders and media bookings efficiently and accurately.
  • Cross-reference media schedules across print, digital, and audio platforms.
  • Maintain organized documentation and up-to-date records in CRM systems.
  • Upload and manage contract documentation in internal systems.
  • Synchronize digital campaign setup and monitor performance with Ad Operations.
  • Communicate creative specifications and deadlines to clients, and follow up on outstanding materials.
  • Prepare comprehensive post-campaign reports, including screenshots and tearsheets.
  • Manage client correspondence regarding schedules, materials, approvals, and campaign progress.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery and alignment across teams.

This role is crucial in supporting the sales team by ensuring smooth campaign delivery, precise administration, and outstanding client service.

Requirements:
  • Experience in providing administrative support, preferably within a sales or client-focused environment.
  • Client-oriented, professional, and responsive in managing requests and communications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and internal booking platforms.
  • Proficient in generating reports, managing spreadsheets, and preparing client-ready documents.
  • A strong communicator and collaborative team player with a keen attention to detail.
