Established Accounts Receivable Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Corporate team in the Gold Coast area.

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for effectively managing a large and dynamic accounts receivable ledger in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and address discrepancies and inconsistencies with key stakeholders.
- Investigate, manage and resolve complex billing inquiries efficiently.
- Manage data exceptions from our processing systems accurately.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of weekly volume client statements.
- Implement execution of revenue-related internal controls through maintenance of system controls, audits and company standards.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Suppliers to query pricing and with Item Master team to facilitate correct pricing in all systems.
- Optimize electronic scanning and other space-saving methods of storage and retrieval processes.
- Assist with projects, including the implementation of software and provide training and support as directed.
- Participate in month-end close, reconciliation of accounts, data analysis and maintain data integrity.

Requirements:

- Proven success in a similar role within an organization.
- Experience in high-volume accounts receivable management roles.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Possesses a customer service mindset and displays professionalism towards both internal and external customers at all times.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail.
