Physiotherapist Role for Older Adults

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team in Melbourne, Australia.

This Mobile Physiotherapist position offers the opportunity to work with older adults, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Key responsibilities include conducting home visits to provide physiotherapy services to clients with health care plans (HCP), developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to clients in their homes, promoting independence and comfort.
  • Maintain effective communication with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

In order to succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Physiotherapist.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
