At Ready Steady Rehab, we're growing and looking for exceptional mobile physios to join our contractor team. We deliver in-home physiotherapy across Melbourne's eastern, northeastern, and bayside suburbs to clients on Home Care Packages, NDIS, and private funding.

Current Opportunities

Inner Southeastand Bayside: Servicing suburbs such as Caulfield, Elsternwick, Bentleigh, Moorabbin, and Parkdale. Eastern and Northern Suburbs: Servicing suburbs such as Kew, Hawthorn, Camberwell, Alphington, Northcote, Balwyn, Templestowe

What We're Looking For, Minimum 2 years' experience as a physiotherapist (community experience preferred), AHPRA registration (no conditions), ABN, car, PI and PL insurance, Fully COVID-19 vaccinated (3 doses), Police check / NDIS clearance (or willingness to apply), Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, Deep empathy, patience, and respect for clients, Confidence working independently while representing our values, Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, case managers, and support coordinators, What You'll Be Doing, Provide individualised, evidence-based physiotherapy in clients' homes. Design and deliver tailored exercise and rehab programs, Communicate regularly and clearly with stakeholders. Maintain detailed and timely documentation. Monitor outcomes and adjust care plans as needed. Build trust and rapport to support long-term client goals.
