About the Role

This role involves working with individuals who have experienced illness, disability or injury to help them regain their health and return to work. The successful applicant will provide expert guidance and support to clients, employers and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities and a passion for delivering high-quality care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify barriers to return-to-work and develop strategies to overcome these challenges
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track client progress and inform treatment decisions
Qualifications & Skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • General or Provisional registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist or eligibility for ASORC membership
  • Previous experience in Occupational Rehabilitation preferred
  • Excellent communication, empathy and time management skills
