  • Act as a brand ambassador to ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual storytelling.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns supporting product launches, collections, and brand initiatives.
  • Manage daily content creation, scheduling, and posting across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, focusing on community engagement and growth.
  • Leverage influencer marketing and user-generated content to amplify brand reach, increase engagement, and drive brand advocacy.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and use insights to refine social media strategies, improving both engagement and commercial outcomes.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, using KPIs to optimize strategies and ensure alignment with sales and brand growth targets.

  • Qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or Media and Communications.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing social platforms and creating content.
  • Proficient knowledge of native social analytics, scheduling tools, editing software, and Canva.
  • Prior experience in fashion or jewelry is preferred but not required.
