Job Title: Retail Store Assistant Team Lead

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum

Job Description:

As a Retail Store Assistant Team Lead at Country Road, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. You'll be responsible for assisting the store manager in achieving business objectives, managing budgets, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a customer-centric culture and create a warm and genuine instore experience
  • Assist in driving sales, profit, and productivity by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators
  • Support the store manager in managing team performance, training, and development
  • Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership and coaching
  • Adhere to company behaviours, policies, and procedures
