Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Northbridge Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating labor, parts, material, and equipment access for our designated area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement daily and shutdown plans to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Manage and control resources, including labor, parts, and materials, to optimize productivity and minimize costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement process changes
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety and Environment legislation and company procedures
Requirements
  • Relevant trade certificate or engineering tertiary qualification
  • Minimum five years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a continuous production operation
  • Demonstrated experience working in Pulp and Paper industry
  • Experience with cost control, budgeting, and forecasting
