Job Title: Pain Management Specialist

Job Summary:

The Pain Management Specialist will provide specialist psychological services in line with the Clinical Psychologist scope of practice under the Health and Community Employees Psychologists (State) Award.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist psychological services to patients within the Pain Clinic
  • Work within NSW Health legislative and policy frameworks to deliver safe, high-quality care
  • Deliver positive, client-focused outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Psychology or a related field
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Experience in providing psychological services to patients with chronic pain
