About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire groups in a variety of outdoor activities, including remote hiking, off-track navigation, canoeing, kayaking, abseiling, climbing, ropes courses, and mountain biking. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging outdoor education programs that cater to diverse student needs and abilities.
  • Lead and supervise groups on outdoor adventures, prioritizing student safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver curriculum-aligned outdoor education programs.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential hazards.

Requirements

  • Degree in Outdoor Education or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Current registration with the relevant teaching authority.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing outdoor education programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
