About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reservoir Engineering Expertise Lead to join our team at Brunel.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive comprehensive reservoir engineering expertise, including Integrated Reservoir Modelling, to support key business decisions and reserves updates. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with stakeholders to shape governance and influence key decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integrated Reservoir Modelling: Provide expert-level guidance on Integrated Reservoir Modelling to inform key business decisions and ensure accurate reserves reporting.
  • WRFM Planning: Develop and implement WRFM plans that align with business objectives and ensure optimal asset value realization.
  • Subsurface Project Delivery: Oversee subsurface projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely completion and exceeding stakeholder expectations.
  • Joint Venture Governance: Represent the company in subsurface-related JV governance, collaborating with JV sub-committees and working groups to shape governance and influence key decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Advanced Proficiency: Possess advanced proficiency in Integrated Reservoir Modelling & Management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Proven Expertise: Demonstrate proven expertise in reserves reporting and WRFM, with a deep understanding of industry best practices.
  • Technical Leadership: Showcase technical leadership skills, influencing operator decisions and aligning with Shell's internal assurance teams.
  • Collaborative Approach: Embody a collaborative, inclusive approach, contributing to a high-performing team and fostering a positive team culture.
  • Australian Working Rights: Hold Australian working rights, allowing you to contribute to our team in this exciting role.
What We Offer

As a Reservoir Engineering Expertise Lead at Brunel, you can expect a competitive salary range of AUD 140,000 - AUD 180,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
