Job Title: Enterprise Risk Manager

The role is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and embedding of a global enterprise risk management framework.

As an Enterprise Risk Manager, you will be reporting to the Vice President, Risk & Insurance (Global), and will be working closely with senior leaders to integrate risk into strategy, investment, and business planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing, embedding, and enhancing global ERM frameworks and processes.
  • Partnering with senior leaders to integrate risk into strategy, investment, and business planning.
  • Leading scenario analysis, stress testing, and emerging risk monitoring.
  • Driving consistency and maturity across diverse regional operations.
  • Coaching leaders to embed a culture of risk awareness and informed decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in enterprise risk management in global, decentralised industries.
  • Track record of leading risk frameworks that span strategic, financial, and operational domains.
  • Strong quantitative skills, including scenario modelling and investment risk analysis.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to influence at executive and board levels.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and professional certifications.
