The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Onsite Storeperson to join our team. As an Onsite Storeperson, you will be responsible for managing the daily service, inventories, and accounts at our customer premises to ensure service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate clean uniforms to gowning areas based on customer criteria
  • Prepare used uniforms for pick up
  • Accurately document garment requests, complaints, sizes, types, and quantities, and submit them to the Service/Stores Manager
  • Maintain regular communication with Service/Stores Manager and Service Delivery Person
  • Maintain strong, customer-focused relationships
  • Provide positive, energetic service and respond to client inquiries courteously
  • Resolve customer complaints immediately (if possible) to ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty
Requirements:
  • Working history in a storeperson or similar role is advantageous but not required
  • Confidence in interacting with customers on a day-to-day basis
  • Being punctual and professional
