A Social and Content Marketing Manager is needed to join our Brand and Communications team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social and content marketing strategies across our portfolio of brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with brand leads on campaign developments to ensure social strategy aligns with business objectives, supporting reach-driving activity and building brand awareness.
  • Drive brand demand at the top of the funnel, bringing in new potential customers for conversion into new members.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of our social media platforms, including monitoring and listening, analyzing and reporting on content performance and engagement across all social platforms.
  • Use social media monitoring tools to actively engage and manage our social communities.
  • Support clubs with guidelines and recommendations on managing their local private social communities.
  • Own and manage the execution and implementation of social strategy, planning, creating and scheduling relevant and engaging content across our social media channels in line with each brand proposition and standards.
  • Leverage insights from Google Analytics to optimize website content and drive improved engagement and advocacy.
  • Work with agency teams to manage, source and collaborate with influencers as part of the overarching social and content strategy.
  • Deliver successful paid amplification of influencer campaigns.
  • Establish metrics, analyze and synthesize community insights, and report/recommend strategies that achieve marketing goals.
