**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide high-quality cleaning services to meet client expectations
  • Maintain and repair equipment and facilities as needed
  • Operate hand-held powered equipment such as blowers, vacuum cleaners, and polishers
  • Perform tasks under routine supervision either individually or in a team

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques
  • Ability to lift up to 20kg and stand for long periods
