As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in creating a more inclusive and compassionate society.

About the Role:
  • Work on a 24/7 rotating roster, including sleepovers, active nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Provide personalized care and support to individuals with disabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III in Community Services or equivalent qualification and have at least 6 months of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting clients in their daily living activities.
  • Encouraging independence and empowering clients to achieve their personal goals.
  • Advocating for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities.

What We're Looking For:

Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Community Services or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 6 months of experience in the field.
  • High level of fitness required for manual handling.
  • Availability for sleepovers and active nights (must be able to work nights) and day shifts during the weekend.
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWSC).
  • Current and valid CPR and First Aid certificate.
  • Full driver's licence.
  • Valid work rights.
  • Ability to successfully complete the NDIS Quality, Safety & You module.
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
