
Psychosocial Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be working with individuals who have psychosocial disabilities, assisting them in achieving their goals as outlined in their NDIS plan.
The successful candidate will establish strong relationships with participants, their families, and carers, providing person-centered support and empowering them to manage their health, welfare, and life needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide regular support and guidance to participants in social, community participation, and activities of daily living
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to facilitate linkages to services that meet the needs of participants and their families
- Engage and support family and/or carers in the recovery process
- Deliver high-quality psychosocial supports in a community outreach environment
Requirements:
To be eligible for this position, you must possess relevant qualifications in mental health or allied health fields (diploma level or above) and minimum 2-3 years of experience in mental health or working with clients with Autism.
