As a Senior Civil Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across various disciplines. You will be responsible for undertaking engineering design and documentation of civil protection projects, communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and team members across multiple disciplines, undertaking internal and external training, attending client meetings/site inspections, and leading a local team.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' experience in Civil design and drafting (preferably experienced in 12d and AutoCAD), as well as experience in the following areas: Bulk Earthworks & site grading, Erosion and Sediment Control, Road Geometry (horizontal and vertical), Sewer & Water (pit and pipe design), Vehicle swept paths, and Experience working on Australian-based project (QLD preferred). Leadership attributes are also essential, including a desire to lead and grow a local team. Additionally, unrestricted working rights in Australia are required.

Job Responsibilities

Requirements
