About the Role

The Contracts Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by providing contractual expertise and promoting effective commercial practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Administration: Ensure that contract requirements are met, and UGL's interests are protected.
  • Commercial Risk Management: Assess and mitigate commercial and contractual risks, and implement controls to prevent potential issues.
  • Contract Variations and Claims: Draft and submit variations and claims in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Dispute Resolution: Assist with head contract dispute resolution processes as required.
Requirements
  • Tertiary Education: Tertiary educated in Engineering, Commerce/Business, Law, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience in upstream commercial, with a few years in managing a contracts team.
