We are seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to join our team as full-time security officers. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in our community by ensuring the safety and security of people, properties, and assets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining the highest standards of security and access control at various sites.\
  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.\
  • Identifying and mitigating potential security risks to minimize threats to businesses and communities.\
  • Working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team environment.\
  • Utilizing their knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.\
  • Continuously improving their own performance and contributing to the growth and success of the team.\
  • Fostering a culture of professionalism, respect, and inclusivity within the workplace.

To succeed in this challenging yet rewarding role, you will need:

  • \
  • A current NSW Security Licence (Class 1A) or equivalent qualification.\
  • A valid driver's licence (no red P-plates).\
  • A current First Aid Certificate.\
  • A Police Check (less than 60 days old).\
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with others.\
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.\
  • Physical fitness to perform duties, including walking and standing for extended periods.\
  • A proven track record of reliability, punctuality, and adaptability.\
  • Previous experience in commercial security is highly desirable but not essential.
