Security Specialist Role

We are seeking experienced and skilled Security Specialists to provide high-quality service in Sydney.

About the Position
  • This role involves delivering exceptional customer service and guiding visitors effectively.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure the security of physical assets through regular patrols, preventing potential risks and maintaining a safe environment.
  • Effective monitoring and management of behaviour in designated areas are crucial for this position.
  • You will be responsible for observing and assessing facilities to minimize risk and maintain public safety.
  • A key aspect of this role is acting as the first responder to incidents and providing timely support when needed.
  • Accurate and detailed security records and reports are essential for this position.
  • Controlling access to facilities is also a critical responsibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid NSW 1A Security Licence is mandatory.
  • A Full NSW Driver's Licence is also required.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification is necessary.
  • A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Competency Card is required.
  • Traffic Control and Traffic Management Plan certificates/cards are also necessary.
  • A White Card is essential.
  • Fire Warden certification is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and personal presentation are essential.
  • Punctuality and ability to work a rotating roster are also required.
