Job Title: Skilled Healthcare Professional
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Palms, a 50-bed Residential Aged Care home in Ingham. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Medication administration
- Reviewing and updating care plans
- Conducting baseline and focussed assessments
- Liaising with internal/external stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- A current Police Check
- A valid Australian Work Rights – unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
Desirable qualifications include clinical experience in the Aged Care Sector and a current driver licence.
