Job Overview

We are seeking a professional to provide intensive case management support to empower clients on their journey to safety and independence.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with individuals, families, and communities to ensure they have the environment they deserve to grow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals and families affected by forced marriage and family violence.
  • Offer emotional and practical assistance to clients.
  • Facilitate access to essential services for clients.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to raise awareness and prevent forced marriages.
  • Participate in community awareness activities to promote understanding and prevention of forced marriages.
Requirements:
  • A recognised degree qualification in Social Work, Social Sciences, Psychology, Nursing or Mental Health, or a recognised Diploma in a related field and working towards a degree qualification.
  • Experience developing quality case plans or individual plans.
  • Demonstrated experience working autonomously with multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Experience working with individuals, families or groups from a culturally appropriate perspective.
  • High level communication, influencing, liaison, negotiation and mediation skills.
  • Current unrestricted driver's licence.
