Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing daily store operations to ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience or be ready for that next step.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Store Managers in leading the team and managing operations to achieve success.
  • Coach and develop team members to deliver outstanding service.
  • Live, breathe and role model genuine service, creating memorable experiences for customers.
  • Be a safety leader, providing a safe work environment for everyone.
  • Set a positive example and consistently adhere to policies.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale and workshop operations experience.
  • Ideal candidates will have mechanical/automotive parts knowledge.
  • Flexible availability and a valid driver's license are required.
  • The ability to lift, bend, climb and drive safely is essential.
