Job Opportunity: Deliver Exceptional Client Experience

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to take on the role of Service Delivery Officer. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their taxation, superannuation, and registration obligations.

You will engage with clients through various channels, including phone, web chat, email, paper, and online portals, providing tailored advice aligned with current legislation, policy, and procedures.

Some roles will require working in a scheduled contact centre environment, providing high-quality service to clients between 7am and 7pm.

Through active engagement, you will deliver contemporary solutions that shape client behaviour and encourage ongoing willing participation in the taxation and superannuation systems.

You will build and maintain positive relationships while making informed decisions to resolve enquiries.

As a valued team member, you will work collaboratively to resolve issues, contribute to continuous improvements, and maintain the integrity of records by accurately recording client information and applying relevant policy and procedures.
