We are seeking a Taxation Specialist to join our cross-border tax team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to work with a diverse client base, including Australians relocating to the US and US citizens living in Australia.

The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing tax return preparation and workflow, mentoring junior staff, researching and drafting technical advice, and managing billing and invoicing for clients. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our offshore team on end-to-end preparation of US & Australian individual tax returns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-touch, value-added support to clients;

  • Manage billing and invoicing for clients;

Requirements
  • A growth mindset and eagerness to learn;
  • Experience working in US tax;
  • Tertiary qualification in a related discipline;
  • Proven commitment to client service and relationship building;
  • Strong attention to detail and high-quality client deliverables;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills;

Candidates with experience in both Australian and US individual taxes will be highly valued.
