Medical Sales Territory Position

The Role:
  • Conduct sales activities to gain growth and market share with existing and new customers through negotiation, customer focus and education.
  • Build strong working relationships with key hospital contacts to maximise business opportunities and provide added value to our customers.
  • Emerge as a product expert, offering clinical and technical insights in hospital settings.
  • Develop a strategic business plan and monitor your territory, sharing findings with the Regional Manager.
  • Address product issues using knowledge and resourcefulness.
  • Presentation skills: Present in the operating theatre to assist surgeons and theatre staff to maximise the use and application of Stryker products.
