Construction Project Manager

This is a project leadership role that involves overseeing day-to-day site operations for projects managed by Prime Recruitment & Consulting.
The ideal candidate will work with leading builders to deliver high-quality projects across Melbourne.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversee project delivery, ensuring safety, timeliness, and quality standards are met.
- Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements and report on project progress regularly.
- Proven experience as a project manager in either commercial or residential construction.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to drive successful project outcomes.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships to achieve common goals.
- Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications in building & construction (highly regarded).
